Just a Gentle Pause

Hi friends,

I just wanted to reach out and let you know—I haven’t disappeared or given up. I’ve simply been taking a little break.

The truth is, I was feeling burnished. Worn thin. Like no matter how much I wanted to pour out, my heart couldn’t hold one more layer. So I took a few days to pause, breathe, and let God refill what had been running dry.

But I’m still here. And I’ll be back this Monday with a brand new devotion called “Burnished”—a reflection straight from my life, my drawing table, and the ache of starting over again and again. I think it might speak to something tender in all of us.
